Specify whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange for a different size.
Upon receiving your email, we will arrange for a representative to pick up the shoes from your location.
Please take note of the following:
You can request a refund within 30 days of receiving your order, and we offer a refund in the form of store credit.
For exchanges, simply inform us of the desired shoe size, and we will facilitate the exchange process.
While we’ll handle the pickup, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping fees associated with the return.
Please allow 5 to 7 days for us to process your request. Refunds and exchanges are subject to the condition that the shoes are returned in the same condition as received , unused and in the original packaging. If the shoes are in a different condition or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to decline the refund or exchange.
